Please review the following policies carefully.


GanotShop offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

a. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.

b. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content. In other words, a customer has sent the complaint (Through PayPal Dispute or other Gateway, e-mail, etc.).

c. The products need to be returned to GanotShop if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.

Except for the important interpretation, GanotShop will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:

Products can be returned to GanotShop China warehouses only. But we do not suggest returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at GanotShop China Warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way.

a.If you indeed want your to return the products, please follow these steps: 

1. Contact us

contact us to and describe the goods you want to return and the reason for the return. Attach photos of quality problems. 

2. Get the return instruction

Professional advice will be provided. Our service team will provide you with a detailed return address. 

3. Return

Put the goods in the original package and send them according to the return instructions. 

4. Refund or exchange

Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange according to our return conditions. 

If you receive unqualified, damaged, defective or counterfeit goods, you can submit a return. 

When returning the product, please make sure that the product is in its original condition (including packaging) and all seals, labels, accessories, etc. are intact. In good condition. Otherwise, your return will be rejected. 

For electronic goods you wish to return, please be sure to delete all created passwords. Otherwise, your return will be rejected. 

TVs, telephones, computers and tablets must be sealed if they are returned due to a change of mind. 

b.Please return products within 10 days after receiving products.

The return conditions for products ordered overseas are the same as those for products sold in local orders. 

Once the returned goods are received, your money will be returned to you. GanotShop cannot be liable for a refund, reimbursement, underwriting or otherwise for any expenses not paid to GanoShop. This includes any customs duties or VAT and any return shipping costs that you may incur during the refund process. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase order. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. 

The original freight and insurance are not refundable. 

We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Freight for returning parcels is not refundable. 

If you want to return the goods, please feel free to contact us. Our customer service representative will provide you with the return address within 24 hours according to your order details. 

Note: Please do not send the return to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect your return processing.
